1. Who processes your data
The personal data controller is SOFTCONTROL SRL, registered office at Strada Toamnei, nr. 2 bis, Ramnicu Sarat, Buzau county, registered with the Trade Register under no. J10/37/2003, tax ID RO 15145123, referred to below as "IronFix.ro", "we" or "the controller".

2. When this agreement applies
This agreement applies when you submit a request through IronFix.ro, complete a contact form, request an offer, upload work photos, create an account, accept an offer, schedule an intervention or communicate with us about a requested service.
This document supplements the Privacy policy available on the website and should be read together with it.
3. Data we may process
Depending on how you use the platform, we may process: name and surname, phone number, email address, city, intervention address, work details, photos or documents uploaded by you, request history, offer details, appointment, payment, billing and communication with IronFix.ro.
Please do not submit personal data through forms unless it is necessary for analyzing the request or providing the service.
4. Purposes
Data is used to analyze your request, identify the type of work, prepare an estimate or offer, contact you, schedule the intervention, send information to the team or partner that may provide the service, perform the requested service, issue fiscal documents, manage payments, resolve complaints and comply with legal obligations.
If we later intend to use the data for commercial communications, newsletter or marketing, we will request a separate, optional consent that is not pre-ticked.
5. Legal basis
We process your data mainly for pre-contractual and contractual steps requested by you, to comply with legal obligations applicable to the controller, for our legitimate interest in managing and securing the platform and, where applicable, based on your consent.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
6. Recipients
Data may be sent, as applicable, to IronFix.ro employees or collaborators, intervention teams, technical partners, IT providers, hosting providers, payment processors, courier companies, accounting providers, legal consultants and public authorities where there is a legal obligation.
We will transmit only the data needed for that purpose and will take reasonable measures to protect confidentiality.
7. Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Data related to requests and offers may be kept for the period needed to manage the request and any later discussions. Data related to contracts, payments and invoices is kept according to the legal retention terms for accounting and tax documents.
After retention periods expire, data will be deleted, anonymized or archived according to internal policies and legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if such processing would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

9. Right to contact the authority
If you believe your personal data protection rights have been breached, you may contact the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing - ANSPDCP.

10. Consent statement
By submitting the form or continuing a quote/intervention request, I confirm that I have read this Agreement on personal data processing and the Privacy policy and understand how my data is used to analyze and resolve the request submitted to IronFix.ro.
This agreement does not replace the controller's legal obligations and does not limit your rights under personal data protection law.
