You can request interventions for circuits, sockets, switches, lighting, electrical and automation panels, electrical service connections, transformers and transformer substations for the 0.4 - 20.0 kV utilization voltage range. For risk-sensitive work, the request must be described clearly before scheduling.

- any information about the existing installation.
